Our average booking rate is $299 per night. However, depending on the time of year and availability, our rates may be slightly higher during peak seasons. This is because we strive to ensure every guest gets their money’s worth. We also have special packages and promotions to save money while enjoying a luxurious stay. Where and How to Book
You can book your stay on our AirBnb pagee or Vrbo. Just hover over the calendars to check the guest house’s availability on your preferred dates. Our property is listed on both Airbnb and Vrbo, so you can choose the platform that suits you best.
If you prefer to book directly with us, you can contact us via email, phone, or the contact form on our website. The Bulverde Rentals team will gladly assist you with booking and answer any questions about our rates, amenities, or policies.
Upon booking, please provide us with accurate information, such as the number of guests and any special requests or requirements you may have. It will help us ensure your stay is comfortable and meet your expectations.
We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak seasons or special events, to secure your preferred dates. Nonetheless, we offer last-minute bookings as long as the Barndeaux Guest House is available.
After booking, we will send you a confirmation email with all your reservation details. Make sure to check and save it, as it will include your check-in and check-out dates, directions, and any additional information you may need to know before your arrival.
Cancellation and Refund Policies
Our team at Bulverde Rentals understands that not all plans go as intended, and sometimes guests need to cancel or modify their reservation. We offer flexible cancellation and refund policies to accommodate our guests’ needs.
Cancellation is free for 60 days before your scheduled check-in. If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us ASAP. Unfortunately, you can only get a fraction of your initial payment as a refund.
Minimum Duration of Stay
All bookings require a 2-night minimum stay at Barndeaux Guest House. It means that our guests must book and pay for a minimum of 2 nights’ accommodation when making a reservation. The minimum duration of stay is in place to ensure that our guests have ample time to fully enjoy their stay at our cozy guest house and explore the beauty of Bulverde, Texas.
