Here are some of the annual events and happenings you can look forward to:

Holiday Hunger 5K Run and Walk

The Holiday Hunger 5K Run and Walk is a fun way for the community to unite, exercise, and support a worthy cause. This event is held every December and is an initiative to fund and boost the efforts of the Bulverde Food Pantry–also known as Provisions. Provisions is a nonprofit organization that provides food assistance to families in need in the Bulverde area.

The Spring Branch Bulverde Family Lions Club organizes the Day of Services. Held every 1st Saturday of August, the Day of Services brings the people of the Bulverde community closer to each other. Local service providers offer free or discounted rates, and volunteers offer their skills to help those in need.

Throughout the year, the Bulverde Community Park Association holds free screenings of family-themed movies sponsored by diverse groups or institutions, such as the Mammen Family Public Library and the Bulverde Police Department. You can bring your blankets and chairs and even pack a picnic while watching the movie. It is a perfect opportunity for families to bond and enjoy a fun and relaxing evening under the stars.

The schedule for the free movie screenings at the park is usually announced in advance, so check their website or social media pages for updates.

Musik in the Park is an annual event held every March to May and September to October. This event is free and open to the public. Bands perform their best music in the Bulverde Community Park while attendees enjoy food, drinks, and dancing every third Friday of the month.
