A relaxing stay means having some comfy and inviting space. This is why we’ve created a cozy living and entertainment room perfect for unwinding after a long day. With comfy couches and a flat screen TV, you can sit back and relax with the fam after your tour around the Bulverde area.

The guest house also features a fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances–including a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. There you’ll find cookware and utensils available so you can easily prepare your family’s meals and snacks. And in the dining area is a large 5-seater dining table where you can enjoy your food together or have a fun game night.

After a long day of having fun with friends and family, you can rest and relax in the guest house’s bedrooms marked with your comfort in mind. Our spacious bedrooms can accommodate up to eight guests. Each bedroom has a private bathhouse with a bathtub, shower, and free hygiene products such as soaps, towels, and tissue paper.

A Dedicated Working Space for Some Work Time

We’ve also created a conducive working space with a desk and chair for guests who need to stay connected. This space is perfect for business travelers who need to catch up on work or for anyone who wants to browse the web or catch up on emails while spending some fun time in Bulverde.

Doing laundry may be bothersome, particularly when traveling. Because of this, we have allocated space for a laundry room, complete with washers and dryers. This will provide all your requirements to maintain the cleanliness and freshness of your clothing while you are away on vacation.

Our private porch is the perfect place to enjoy a meal or a drink while taking in the beautiful views of the surrounding area. Equipped with an outdoor BBQ grill, you can cook a delicious meal while enjoying the fresh air and sunshine.

Have some s’mores and tell some scary stories around our fire pit with your loved ones. There’s a fireplace and chairs there, so you can relax as you take in the night sky.

Our back pasture is home to our horses, Spirit and Scar, and our lovely chickens. This is the perfect place for a relaxing stroll or simply to take in the natural beauty of the natural surroundings.

In addition to the porch and fire pit, we have a variety of outdoor seating areas scattered throughout the property. These areas are perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee, reading a book, or simply enjoying the sights and sounds of Bulverde, TX’s lovely surroundings.

You are free to park your vehicle on the guest house’s premises, and rest assured that it will be safe and secure as you enjoy your rest.
